15-Years Warranty
The bed comes with a 15-year warranty for the structure and parts. Within the warranty period, we will provide replacement materials for free. If customers require door-to-door service for replacement, additional service fee will be charged.
Free Assembly
We will provide free door-to-door assembly for customers located in Hong Kong (except outlying islands and restricted areas).
-Additional fees will be charged for stairs to the location.
Free Next Day Delivery
After receiving the product in our warehouse, next day delivery can be arranged (depends on working schedule).
Fully Removable and Washable
The bed frame adopts a fully open removable and washable function. Customers can use fabric, genuine leather or leathaire as the appearance materials according to their personal preferences.
Bed Frame Delivery, Assembly and Other Arrangements
． We provide free delivery and assembly for customers located in Hong Kong upon purchasing any Hydraulic Storage Bed.
．napnice does not provide a trial for any Hydraulic Storage Bed, return or refund will not be accepted. napnice will arrange a replacement without any fees once the ordered item is mismatched.
．We hope you will be satisfied with napnice products. We will try our best to ensure the product is the same as the picture shown on our website, but not include any unavoidable wrinkles of fabrics and colour deviations (customers are welcome to visit our physical store for the actual colour). napnice will not accept any return applications regarding wrinkles and colour deviations.
．The load-bearing structure of the single/double bed may be different according to the actual load capacity. If customers would like to have more information about the precise pressure position of the hydraulic rod, please contact our customer service or visit our physical store.
