How long will it take for my napnice mattress to arrive?
Fastest within 6 hours
We can delivery the mattress after you place the order with 6 hours at the earliest.
(Monday to Saturday, Sunday not included, from 1000 hrs to 1800 hrs)
You can also designate the date and time to receive the mattress.
We also free delivery to the outlying Islands customer but it takes 2 to 4 working days.
We will spread our service to the outlying island soon,
for the latest information please keep updating our website, Facebook and Instagram.
After you place the order, we will confirm the order within the office hour. Our logistics team will contact you before delivery, make sure you can receive our mattress.
Can I test out the mattress before purchasing? Any showroom?
You have 101 days trial to fall in love with your napnice mattress. If you are not happy, you can easily write us back and return the mattress – you will be 100% refunded. You can also try napnice mattress in our pop-up store.

How can I return the mattress if I don’t like it?
Life Time Warranty
We suggest you try napnice mattress for 30 days. If the napnice mattress is not suitable for you, you just need to contact our customer service and provide a valid receipt or invoice we will collect the mattress as soon as possible, no hidden charges.
When we receive the mattress, a full refund will give to you immediately.

Do you allow exchanges?
If there is a quality problem of our mattress, we must exchange a new mattress to you, but this policy does not include the size problem, please contact our customer service if there is any problem.

What happens to the returned mattresses? Will it sell again?
Returned or used mattresses are never resold or re-sent to customers. Instead, they are sent for professional recycling or disposal.
Any exceptional case for the free delivery policy?
Our free delivery services only cover the place with lift, for the building without lift, there will be extra charges. The free delivery service does not cover the outlying islands, please contact our customer service for more details.
Do you ship outside Hong Kong?
We are now only provided free shipping to Hong Kong, we are welcome to provide worldwide delivery, please contact our customer service for more details. Please be reminded that we cannot provide Life Time Warranty and 101 Days Trial service outside Hong Kong.
Is there any disposal service provided to my old mattress?
We provide disposal service on your old mattress, the charge amount depends on the size of the mattress, please contact our customer service for more information.
