  • We provide free delivery and assembly service for customers located in Hong Kong upon purchasing any furniture.
  • napnice do not provide a trial for any furniture, return or refund will not be accepted. napnice will arrange a replacement without any fees once the ordered item is mismatched.
  • We hope you will be satisfied with napnice products. We will try our best to ensure the product is the same as the picture shown on our website, but not include any unavoidable wood color and wood grain deviations, the natural phenomenon of wood (e.g cracks, deformation, natural odour and any incurs problems etc.), wrinkles of fabrics and color deviations. napnice will not accept any return or refund regarding the above situations.
  • napnice reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese version and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of dispute, the decision of napnice shall be final.
