- If you place an order for in-stock bed frame, we can arrange for next day delivery and assembly at the earliest. (excluding outlying islands).
- We offer free delivery and assembly services covering all areas in Hong Kong accessible by lorry. For outlying islands and other remote areas, we can provide special delivery arrangements. Please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Important Notes
- No additional assembly space is required for built-in assembly design bed frames.
- Bed frames do not come with a trial period and returns are not accepted. If the product sent by napnice does not match the order, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
- We hope you will be satisfied with napnice products. We will do our utmost to ensure that the products match the images displayed on our website; however, there may be minor fabric creases or colour variations. Fabric colours are based on actual items in our physical store. Please visit our store during opening hours for the product display. napnice will not accept return requests due to creases or colour discrepancies.
- The internal structural integrity of bed frames purchased from our company may vary based on load-bearing capacity. For example, the stress points of the gas spring in single and double beds may differ. For more precise location information, please contact our customer service team or visit our physical store for assistance.
