Therefore, napnice offers a risk-free trial period of 101 days for mattresses and 60 days for pillows. If you are not satisfied with the product, we promise to collect the mattress from your home or arrange for the pillow to be returned via courier, with no hidden fees.

What is the package size of my mattress?

Our mattresses are vacuum packed immediately after being compressed in the factory. In addition to ensuring they are brand new, they can be easily delivered to your home no matter how thin the elevator in the building is.

Can I change the delivery date for my mattress?

Yes! We offer one time free rescheduling service. Please contact our customer service team at least two days before the delivery date.

Can you remove my old mattress?

Yes! We offer old mattress disposal service with extra charges. Please refer here for details.

Will there be additional delivery charges?

Our pillows, cushions and bedding items are dispatched via courier the day after ordering, ensuring a swift delivery process, though actual times may vary depending on the courier service. If you prefer, you can collect your in-stock items from our store during opening hours. 

If you purchase these items alongside a mattress, bed frame, or furniture, our dedicated delivery team will bring everything to your door, often as quickly as the next day.
