- napnice do not provide a trial for any furniture, return or refund will not be accepted. napnice will arrange a replacement without any fees once the ordered item is mismatched.

We will try our best to ensure the product is the same as the picture shown on our website, but not include any unavoidable wood color and wood grain deviations, the natural phenomenon of wood (e.g cracks, deformation, natural odour and any incurs problems etc.), wrinkles of fabrics and color deviations. napnice will not accept any return or refund regarding the above situations.
