We designed napnice with premium components to suit sleep preferences for the majority of Hong Kong people. Our product is expertly crafted and includes three essential inner layers below the premium cover. The first layer is composed of open-cell natural latex which provides uncompromising comfort, bounce and breathability. The second layer of PL Foam provides universal support, great pressure relief and excellent airflow to keep you cool. The third layer of high-density supportive foam enables proper weight distribution across the entire mattress and excellent body support, optimal durability and enhanced airflow.
How firm is the mattress?
From the firmness scale 1 to 10 (1 for the softest; 10 for the hardest), napnice mattress is ranged from 6.5-8, the right balance of comfortableness and support.

How is the durability of napnice mattress?

The PL foam use in napnice mattress passes the durability test, showed that our mattress does not sag, dip or get damaged in any meaningful way after a simulated 10 years of use. The test involves rolling a 750N weight over the mattress 200,000 times, and our mattress did not show any signs of significant sinkage or wear.
Why is napnice mattress priced much lower than a similar mattress sold?
napnice has our own factory and we have more than 15 years experience in mattress manufacturing. We can use the lowest cost to produce the highest sleeping experience for our customer.

Is there any size customisation service available?
4 to 6 weeks
Sure! We can custom make your own size, it takes around 4 to 6 weeks. But you are not allowed to cancel the order after the confirmation. 101 days trial scheme is not suitable for a custom-made product but the Life time warranty is still valid.

Our factory in Foshan passed UKAS and Bureau Veritas ISO9001:2018 management system standard, it ensures our design and manufacturture meets the international standard and keep improving.

How does the mattress fit into the box?
We use advanced vacuum compression technology to package and roll our mattresses to fit into the bag. Once released from its packaging, the mattress will expand and return to its original size within a few hours.
After unboxing the mattress, we are not able to compress it again without the vacuum machine.
Does vacuum compression affect my mattress?
The responsive foams we use are designed to provide years of optimal performance, which means that we are able to compress the mattress without impairing its core structure.
Vacuum compression is also a protective measure to make sure the mattress is in perfect condition before the delivery to your house.
