60 Days Trial and Return


We offer a 60 days trial for all our pillow. This means you can try the pillow at your own home upon purchasing.

  • The trial period starts on the delivery or pick-up date of your pillow.

  • To be eligible for a return we only request that you first try the new pillow for at least 30 days before submitting a return request. It takes time for your body to adapt to a new pillow.

  • The returned pillow should be in good condition, without any damages and hygiene issues, otherwise, refunds or exchanges may not be granted. A full refund will be issued once the returned pillow has been received.

  • The free gifts(excluding the packing box) shall be returned with the pillow together during 60 days trial period. If the free gift(s) is/are not returned, the retail amount of the gift(s) will be deducted from the refund amount. 
    1. Extra pillow cover  (worth HK$ 150/250) 
    2. Supportive pad x 2 (worth HK$ 50)
    3. Pillow travel bag (worth HK$ 50) or any other

  • Any products delivered outside of Hong Kong are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required for all return or exchange requests.

  • Our 60 days trial is limited to the return or exchange of one pillow per customer/household. If you order a new pillow after having returned a pillow before, the 60 days trial will not apply on your next order. This applies to all new orders from the same customer or delivery address.

  • napnice reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from the above Terms and Conditions.
