Extra Delivery Fee List
1. For buildings without lift or for products that can only access through staircases, there will be an additional delivery charge of HKD$150 per floor.
If the building has a Mezzanine Floor, it will be charged as one floor.

2. If the destination is not accessible by truck, the walking distance is more than 100m. There will be an additional delivery charge of HKD$150 per 100 meters.

3. If the destination is not accessible by truck, sleep road in involved, there will be an additional delivery charge of HKD$50 per 100 meters.
- Fee is charged directly by the deliveryman to the customer in cash.
- Additional service fee of HKD$300 will be charged for any date changes and/or cancellations.
- 60 minutes delay or no-show of the product receiver, the couriers will cancel the delivery at their own discretion. Additional HKD$500 will be charged for setting up a new appointment.
- Please contact our customer service staff about additional service fee ahead of the delivery appointment date should customers have slopes for products to be moved.
- Additional service fee may be charged at the time of delivery, if the road and/or indoor passage is too narrow and/or is blocked, and the product must be lifted high and/or stuff must be removed/ to be delivered to the designated location.
- napnice reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein. In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Mattress and Bedframe Combo Offer Terms and Conditions:
- The dimensions of mattress and bedframe should be the same in order to entitle the offer, e.g. upon purchasing 5’ mattress, get 50% off for the 5’ bedframe.
- Upon purchasing 1 mattress, customer can enjoy 50% off for 1 bedframe only, e.g. when customer buys 1 mattress (5’) and 2 bedframes (5’), only 1 bedframe is entitled 50% off.
- The delivery of mattress and bedframe must be at the same address, otherwise extra delivery fee will be incurred.
- No matter returning or refunding the mattress within 101 days trial period, the original price of the bedframe will be charged, customer is required to pay the price difference. In case of returning the mattress within 30 days, HKD$800 delivery fee will apply; after 30 days, HKD$300 delivery fee will apply.
