床褥:101日試用保證
試用期細則
  • 試用期自收貨日起計算,為期101天。
  • 為確保您的身體有足夠時間適應新床褥,退貨安排將於收貨後30天開始提供。
  • 退回或更換的床褥必須保持良好狀態,無人為損壞。
  • 如床褥出現損壞、發霉、污漬、異味或床蝨等狀況,將不適用於退換服務。
  • 回收當日,工作人員現場會進行初步檢查。回收後的床褥會經過進一步檢查(約需七至十四個工作天),如未發現任何異常,本公司將於七至十四個工作天內退回款項。
贈品退回政策

退回床褥時,請務必一併退還所有贈品(包裝紙盒除外)。未能退回或已使用的贈品,其零售價值將從退款中扣除。贈品包括:

  • 15分鐘免費痛症治療及頸腰脊專業檢查劵 (價值HK$ 1,500元)
  • 防水內膽(價值HK$ 660-840元)
  • 可拆洗面套(價值HK$ 690-980)
  • 洗衣袋及防滑墊(價值HK$ 100)或其他贈品
適用範圍及限制
  • 12″ passion獨立袋裝彈簧床褥並不設試用。
  • 101日試用期僅適用於香港地區客戶。
  • 退貨時需出示有效的電子或實體收據。
  • 每個收貨地址/收貨人限享一次101日試用體驗。曾經退貨者不再享有此優惠。
  • 試用期內重複購買將導致舊床褥試用期即時終止,而新床褥自送貨日起開始新的101日試用期。
  • 訂製床褥不適用101日試用期。
  • 如要求更換床褥,而床褥未被打開或使用,我們將安排免費收貨以及送貨;否則,將收取HK$300的運輸費用。
  • 若您想更換為較大尺寸的床褥,將收取價差費用。如您希望更換為較小尺寸的床褥,且床褥保持未拆封及未使用,我們會根據您的原支付方式退還價差。
  • 我們僅會根據訂單所填寫的地址進行退貨服務。
  • 如果我們有理由相信顧客進行惡意退款,退貨將不會被接納。

枕頭:60日試用保證
試用期細則
  • 試用期自收貨日起計算,為期60天。
  • 為確保您的身體有充分時間適應新枕頭,退貨安排將於收貨後30天開始提供。
  • 退回或更換的枕頭必須保持良好狀態,無人為損壞。經確認後,我們將安排退款。
  • 若枕頭出現人為損壞或衛生狀況不佳,恕不適用退款服務。
贈品退回政策

退回枕頭時,請務必一併退還所有贈品(包裝紙盒除外)。若未能退回贈品,其零售價值將從退款中扣除。贈品包括:

  • 額外枕頭布套(價值HK$ 150/250元)

保用承諾

napnice對產品品質充滿信心,因此我們分別為床褥、床架和枕頭提供了全面的保用計劃。此計劃旨在為您提供長期的產品使用保障,確保您能一直享受最佳的睡眠體驗。

床褥:永久保用計劃

napnice為床褥提供永久有限保用計劃(以下簡稱"保用")。顧客需在收貨後向我們登記保用,保用期自收貨當日起計算。保用僅提供給收據上顯示的收貨人,且不可轉讓。

適用保用的情況

  • 因製造而非正常使用導致的缺陷,包括床褥及床褥面套。
  • 在未施加任何壓力的情況下,床褥凹陷超過24mm或以上。
  • 在未施加任何壓力的情況下,床褥凹陷面積超過10%或以上。

符合以上情況,我們將立即更換一張全新的相同型號及尺寸的床褥。

不適用保用的情況

  • 因外在因素、人為損壞或使用不當造成的損壞,如陽光曝曬、過度摺疊、屈曲等導致床褥結構或床褥面套損壞。
  • 床褥因使用承托力不足的床架或放置於不平坦表面而引致的損耗。
  • 正常使用造成的磨損、壓痕、割痕、刮痕,以及因不當屈折、撞擊或意外造成的損壞。
  • 使用不當清潔劑或高溫消毒導致的結構破壞或變形。
  • 非正常或非家居環境下使用床褥。
  • 對床褥氣味的不滿。
  • 對產品外觀細微瑕疵、軟硬度及舒適度的不滿。
  • 在香港以外地區使用床褥。

保用期限及折扣率

  • 首年內,napnice將根據情況提供免費的床褥維修或更換服務。
  • 第二年起,每年折扣率遞減10%(即第二年為90% 、第三年為80%、依此類推),第八年後維持20%折扣率。不足一年按一年計算。

例子:假設床褥於2018年以HK$ 3,000元購入,於2023年出現問題,客戶可以HK$ 3,000元的50%(即HK$ 1,500元)的折扣購買全新的床褥產品。

其他條款

  • 如相同床褥型號缺貨,napnice有權以相近型號替代,價格差額及更換運輸費用由客戶承擔。
  • 已維修或更換的床褥或床褥面套將延續原有的保用期,以原床褥的送貨/取貨日期為準。
  • 保用計劃僅適用於床褥產品的物料,不包括床褥防水保護套及床褥面套。
  • 床褥尺寸允許±2cm的許可誤差
  • 如在送貨日起計根據此保用條款提出有效索賠,客戶可以折扣率作優惠,購買napnice的產品。

床架15年保用計劃

napnice為床存架提供15年有限保用計劃(以下簡稱"保用")。顧客需在收貨後向我們登記保用,保用期自收貨當日起計算。保用僅提供給收據上顯示的收貨人,且不可轉讓。

保用範圍:油壓臂、油壓杆、實木排骨架、實木腳及五金配件
不保用範圍:面料、床頭板、床側板及床尾板

適用保用的情況

  • 非人為因素。
  • 配件老化損壞。
  • 升降結構無法自動升至最高點。
  • 升降結構無法上升或無法支撐床褥。
  • 油壓臂出現油漬溢出(注:少量油漬屬正常潤滑現象)。

符合保用條件時,napnice將免費提供更換配件。客戶可選擇到指定門市自行提取配件並更換或選擇napnice上門更換服務(客戶需承擔$300上門車費)。

不適用保用的情況

  • 不正確的存放、安裝、使用、濫用、誤用或擅自改裝。
  • 正常使用造成的磨損、壓痕、割痕、刮痕,以及因不當屈折、撞擊或意外造成的損壞。
  • 使用不當清潔方式或清潔劑導致的結構破壞或變形
  • 對產品外觀細微瑕疵的不滿
  • 對床架氣味的不滿
  • 在香港以外地區使用床架

其他條款

  • 保用期以原床架的送貨/取貨日期為準
  • 床架尺寸允許±2cm的許可誤差

枕頭10年保用計劃

napnice為枕頭提供10年有限保用計劃(以下簡稱"保用")。顧客需在收貨後向我們登記保用,保用期自收貨當日起計算。保用僅提供給收據上顯示的收貨人,且不可轉讓。

適用保用的情況

  • 因製造缺陷而非正常使用導致的問題,包括枕頭本體及枕頭套。
  • 在未施加任何壓力的情況下,枕頭凹陷達15毫米或以上。

符合上述條件者,我們將立即更換一個相同型號及尺寸的全新枕頭。

不適用保用的情況

  • 因外部因素、人為損壞或使用不當造成的損壞,如陽光曝曬、過度摺疊、屈曲等導致枕頭結構或枕頭套損壞。
  • 正常使用造成的磨損、壓痕、割痕、刮痕,以及因不當屈折、撞擊或意外造成的損壞。

Therefore, napnice offers a risk-free trial period of 101 days for mattresses and 60 days for pillows. What is the package size of my mattress?

Our mattresses are vacuum packed immediately after being compressed in the factory. In addition to ensuring they are brand new, they can be easily delivered to your home no matter how thin the elevator in the building is.
