At napnice, we are dedicated to providing you with the best sleep experience. We believe that a home trial is sufficient for you to appreciate the exceptional quality of our products. Therefore, napnice offers a risk-free trial period of 101 days for mattresses and 60 days for pillows. If you are not satisfied with the product, we promise to collect the mattress from your home or arrange for the pillow to be returned via courier, with no hidden fees.

Mattresses: 101-day Trial Plan
Trial Period Details
  • The trial period begins from the date of delivery and lasts for 101 days.
  • To allow sufficient time for your body to adjust to the new mattress, return arrangements will commence 30 days after delivery.
  • We offer one exchange during the 101-day trial period.
  • Returned or exchanged mattresses must be in good condition, free from any human damage.
  • Mattresses showing signs of damage, mould, stains, unpleasant odours, or bedbugs will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • On the collection day, our staff will perform an initial on-site inspection. Following collection, the mattress will undergo a comprehensive examination, which typically takes between seven to fourteen working days. If no issues are identified, the company will process the refund within seven to fourteen working days.
Return Policy for Free Gifts

When returning a mattress, please ensure that all free gifts (excluding the packaging box) are returned as well. Any unreturned or used gifts will have their retail value deducted from the refund. Free gifts include:

  • 15 minutes Pain Therapy and Professional Spinal Assessment Coupon (Worth HK$ 1,500)
  • Waterproof mattress protector (Worth HK$ 660-840, depending on size)
  • Extra mattress cover (Worth HK$ 690)
  • Laundry bag and non-slip mat (Worth HK$ 100) or other gifts
Applicability and Restrictions
  • The 12″ passion Pocket Sprung Mattress is not eligible for a trial.
  • The 101-day trial period is only available to customers in Hong Kong.
  • A valid electronic or physical receipt must be presented when returning items.
  • Each delivery address/recipient is limited to one 101-day trial experience. Customers who have previously returned a product will no longer be eligible for this offer.
  • Repeated purchases during the trial period will result in the immediate termination of the old mattress's trial period, with a new 101-day trial commencing from the delivery date of the new mattress.
  • Custom mattresses are not eligible for the 101-day trial.
  • If the mattress has not been opened or used when you request an exchange, we will arrange free collection and delivery; otherwise, a HK$300 transportation fee will apply.
  • For exchanges to a larger size, the price difference will be charged. Should you wish to exchange for a smaller size and the mattress remains unsealed and unused we will refund the difference using your original payment method.
  • Returns will only be processed based on the address provided in the order.
  • If we have reason to believe that a customer is engaging in malicious returns, the return will not be accepted.
  • Any additional charges incurred during delivery will not be refunded.
Special Circumstances
  • Customers in outlying areas and restricted zones will need to bear the round-trip shipping costs for returns (excluding Tung Chung and Paradise Bay).
  • For difficulties in moving due to mattress size or lack of elevators, a handling fee of HK$ 100 per flight of stairs will be charged.
Pillows: 60-day Trial Plan
Trial Period Details
  • The trial period begins from the date of delivery and lasts for 60 days.
  • To allow sufficient time for your body to adjust to the new pillow, return arrangements will commence 30 days after delivery.
  • Returned or exchanged pillows must be in good condition, free from any human damage. Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a refund.
  • Pillows showing signs of human damage or poor hygiene will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Policy for Free Gifts

When returning a pillow, please ensure that all free gifts (excluding the packaging box) are returned as well. If any gifts are not returned, their retail value will be deducted from the refund. Free gifts include:

  • Extra pillow cover (worth HK$ 150/250)
  • Supportive pad  X 2 (worth HK$ 50)
  • Pillow travel bag (worth HK$ 50) or other gifts

  • The 60-day trial period is only available to customers in Hong Kong.

Products do not come with a trial period and returns are not accepted. If the product sent by napnice does not match the order, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

We hope you will be satisfied with napnice products. We will do our utmost to ensure that the products match the images displayed on our website; however, there may be minor fabric creases or colour variations. Fabric colours are based on actual items in our physical store. Please visit our store during opening hours for the product display. napnice will not accept return requests due to creases or colour discrepancies.

napnice reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, napnice holds the final decision. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Warranty Commitment

At napnice, we are confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer comprehensive warranty plans for our mattresses, bed frames, and pillows. This plan is designed to provide you with long-term assurance of product use, ensuring you can consistently enjoy the best sleep experience.
Mattresses: Lifetime Warranty Plan

napnice offers a lifetime limited warranty plan for mattresses (hereinafter referred to as "warranty"). Customers must register their warranty with us upon receipt of the product, with the warranty period commencing from the date of delivery. The warranty is only applicable to the recipient named on the receipt and is non-transferable.

Applicable Warranty Conditions

  • Defects caused by manufacturing rather than normal use, including the mattress and mattress cover.
  • The mattress sinking 24mm or more without any applied pressure.
  • An area of the mattress sinking more than 10% without any applied pressure.

If the above conditions are met, we will immediately replace the mattress with a new one of the same model and size.

Exclusions from Warranty

  • Damage caused by external factors, human error, or misuse, such as sun exposure, excessive folding, or bending that leads to structural damage to the mattress or its cover.
  • Wear and tear caused by using an inadequate bed frame or placing the mattress on an uneven surface.
  • Normal wear and tear, indentations, cuts, scratches, or damage from improper bending, impact, or accidents.
  • Damage or deformation caused by the use of inappropriate cleaning agents or high-temperature disinfection.
  • Use of the mattress in non-standard or non-residential environments.
  • Dissatisfaction with the mattress odour.
  • Dissatisfaction with minor cosmetic defects, firmness, or comfort.
  • Use of the mattress outside of Hong Kong.

Warranty Period and Discount Rate

  • In the first year, napnice will provide free repair or replacement services depending on the circumstances.
  • From the second year onwards, the discount rate will decrease by 10% each year (i.e., 90% in the second year, 80% in the third year, and so on), maintaining a 20% discount rate after the eighth year. Less than a year will be counted as a full year.

Example: If a mattress was purchased for HK$ 3,000 in 2018 and an issue arises in 2023, the customer can purchase a new mattress at a 50% discount (i.e., HK$ 1,500).

Other Terms

  • If the same mattress model is out of stock, napnice reserves the right to substitute it with a similar model, with the price difference and replacement delivery costs borne by the customer.
  • Repaired or replaced mattresses or covers will continue to have the original warranty period based on the original delivery/collection date.
  • The warranty plan only covers the materials of the mattress and does not include waterproof protectors or mattress covers.
  • A tolerance of ±2cm in mattress size is permitted.
  • If a valid claim is made under this warranty from the date of delivery, customers may enjoy discounted rates on other napnice products.

napnice reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, napnice holds the final decision.

Bed Frames: 15-year Warranty Plan

napnice provides a 15-year limited warranty plan for bed frames (hereinafter referred to as "warranty"). Customers must register their warranty upon receipt of the product, with the warranty period commencing from the date of delivery. The warranty is only applicable to the recipient named on the receipt and is non-transferable.

Covered Components: Hydraulic arms, hydraulic rods, solid wood slats, solid wood legs, and hardware components.
Exclusions: Fabric, headboards, side panels, and footboards.

Applicable Warranty Conditions

  • Damage not caused by human factors.
  • Aging and damage of components.
  • The lifting mechanism not reaching the highest point automatically.
  • The lifting mechanism failing to raise or support the mattress.
  • Oil leaks from hydraulic arms (note: minor oil leakage is a normal lubrication phenomenon).

If conditions are met, napnice will provide free replacement of parts. Customers may choose to collect parts from designated stores or opt for napnice's home replacement service (with a service fee of HK$ 300).

Exclusions from Warranty

  • Incorrect storage, assembly, use, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, indentations, cuts, scratches, or damage from improper bending, impact, or accidents.
  • Damage or deformation caused by inappropriate cleaning methods or agents.
  • Dissatisfaction with minor cosmetic defects.
  • Dissatisfaction with the odour of the bed frame.
  • Use of the bed frame outside of Hong Kong.

Other Terms

  • The warranty period is based on the original delivery/collection date of the bed frame.
  • A tolerance of ±2cm in bed frame size is permitted.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed once within the 101 days trial period.
  • We provide a free pick-up and delivery service for exchanges if the mattress has not been unpackaging and fully opened; otherwise, an HK$300 logistics fee will apply.
  • For size increases, the price differential will be applied between your original purchase and the exchanged size. For exchanges to a smaller size, if the mattress has not been unpackaging and fully opened, we will refund the price difference through the method you made the original purchase with.
  • napnice reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from the above Terms and Conditions.

Any Add-on Offers:

  1. The delivery of mattress and any added-on item(s) must be at the same address, otherwise extra delivery fee will be incurred.
  2. In case of returning or refunding of any item(s) during the trial period, the price difference and/or delivery fee will be incurred.
  3. napnice reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate this promotion and the relevant offers at any time and to amend the relevant terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  4. In case of any dispute, the decision of napnice shall be final.

Bedframe Add-on Offers:

  1. Upon purchasing 1 mattress, customer can enjoy 50% off for 1 bedframe only, e.g. when customer buys 1 mattress (5’) and 2 bedframes (5’), only 1 bedframe can entitled 50% off offer. Please WhatsApp or call us at 6622 3588 in advance when placing the order and entitling this offer online.
  2. The dimensions of mattress and bedframe should be the same in order to entitle the offer, e.g. upon purchasing 5′ mattress, get 50% off for the 5′ bedframe.
  3. The delivery of mattress and bedframe must be at the same address on the same day, otherwise extra delivery fee will be incurred.
  4. No matter returning or refunding the mattress within 101 days trial period, the original price of the bedframe will be charged, customer is required to pay the price difference. In case of returning the mattress within 30 days, HKD$800 delivery fee will apply; after 30 days, HKD$300 delivery fee will apply.
