Custom mattress orders typically require 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
Our 101-night trial program does not apply to custom-sized mattresses. However, all custom mattresses are covered under our product warranty.
