Custom mattress orders typically require 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
Our 101-night trial program does not apply to custom-sized mattresses. However, all custom mattresses are covered under our product warranty.
Differences Between Hong Kong and International Mattress Sizes
Be aware that different brands may adopt American or European sizing standards. It’s advisable to confirm actual dimensions with the retailer or opt for mattresses from Hong Kong brands to ensure compatibility.
