15-years warranty
The bed comes with a 15-year warranty for the structure and parts. Within the warranty period all parts of the bed can be replaced for free. We will only charge for the labouring cost for the door-to-door service. If a customer chose to replace the parts by himself we will not charge any fees..
Free installation
We will provide free delivery and installation for all Hong Kong customers.

Bed frame return arrangement
The company will provide free installation services for all bed frames, and napnice bed frames do not accept applications for return. If napnice sends out products that do not match the order, napnice will arrange for replacement without additional fees.
